A simple breakfast


It can be called a Continental breakfast or an English breakfast, anyway i assure u that its an easy breakfast. It is very rich so that u wont feel hungry for hours.
Tips:
-- cut potato into long pieces and cook them. sprinkle some salt and pepper.
-- cut vegetables - carrot, tomato, capsicum, and whatall u like to have for salad. sprinkle some lime juice and salt to taste. [capsicum burns off ur fat, so have loads of them]
-- a meat cutlet or a burger patties or ur favourite sausage or an omlet or a bull's eye. [use less oil for frying]
-- two slices of whole wheat bread. Avoid brown/white bread as maida is not good for health.
Your healthy breakfast is ready. Start ur day with full energy!
