Cauliflower stuffed dosa!

If you are a veggie, and a usual idly-dosa eater, then u should definitely try out this one. The filling inside the dosa is what makes it different and interesting.
For the filling:
Wash small pieces of cauliflower thoroughly, cook with turmeric and salt. [soaking in salt water helps to kill small worms & insects. boil well while cooking].
Heat oil in a pan / kadai -- saute chopped onions, ginger and curry leaves -- add corriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala -- saute chopped tomatoes -- make a thick gravy [add water if needed] -- add cooked cauliflower into it -- check salt -- turn the flame off when it starts boiling.
Now the filling is ready. Make an ordinary dosa and keep some filling in the center and fold / roll it. Tastes good with chutney / sauce.
