A Green Thumb!

This New Year 2009, we have decided to share our living space with few plants. As we stay in an apartment where direct sunlight could never reach, the only option for our new garden project were indoor plants. I have started hunting for them. Our first plant was called Euonymus. It was a cute shrub with white outlines on its small green leaves. But few days later we understood it is missing the sun badly. It couldn't even survive till i could take a snap of it. Hm..sigh! the first plant is always the first plant.

Then came the smart little Syngonium, a cent percent indoor type. This time we were very careful. And the plant didn't disappoint us either. It has heart shaped leaves with a mixture of pink and green colours. Now it has got a baby plant too. I'm damn happy. Now i got two of them.
While talking abt gardening, u may think that i'm very sincere in taking care of plants. Yes, I am sincere in admiring them and love to keep them all around but when it comes to digging my hands in soil, i'll act as a sophisticated stuff and my poor hubby gotta do all those boring job. You know watt? he is really sooo sweet! (gigle)
