A Desi Pizza!

This is going to be a funny recipe. I am not sure whether i can call it a pizza, it is a modified form of an Indian oothappam. Idly - Dosas are a common breakfast/dinner to most of the South Indians. Not to get tired of this food we have invented lots of varities in them esp. variety of dosas. This one is specially invented by my husband.

Cut all the vegetables u have with u into small similar pieces. Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicum, corriander leaves, anything according to ur taste. Mix them in a kadai by adding little salt and pepper. If u want it to be spicy then add finely chopped green chillies too. Heat the kadai for sometime till the vegetables are partially cooked. No need to add water, just stir well while cooking. Keep it aside.
Spread dosa batter in a tava like how u make dosas usually. Sprinkle a spoon full of partially cooked vegetables over it. Cook both sides well. The colourful, attractive Indian Pizza is ready!

For more taste: add finely grated cheese on the dosa before taking it from the tava.
For Eggetarians: take the dosa batter needed to make about ten dosas in a separate bowl and add one beaten egg into it. Mix well and use it.
