Banana fry

Aethakkappam aka banana fry, a keralite's all time favourite snack. Mine too. I don't think anybody needs a recipe for this still for those who are interested:
Cut banana vertically into four equal slices. Make a paste of maida, water and sugar (consistency of dosa batter). Add a pinch of salt. Dip the slices in the paste and deep fry till brown and crispy.

Tips: To make it crispy add two teaspoons of rice flour to the maida paste.
