Imperfection to the Perfection

The other day i really wanted to have some doughnuts. I browsed for the recipe. Hmm.. quite a lot of websites came out to help. I read them all. My over confidence didn't even allow me to think about writing it down. I switched off my laptop and went to the kitchen dreaming about those yummy doughnuts i would be relishing an hour later. aah! i took the flour and paused. eh.. how much should i take? egg? potato? or yeast? oh! God! reading more number of different recipes confused me totally. I was blank but didn't have the heart to quit kitchen without tasting few doughnuts. I thought: "anyway i have started kneading the dough, let me give a try." I have no idea what all i added but my hands were very busy adding "the" ingredients. Finally after a good struggle with the dough i was damn (..sorry) tired and lost my patience. I changed my mind, rolled them out into big rectangles, cut them into two halves with a knife and kept it on a tava to cook. I tasted them and wow! they were perfect Naans (a variety Indian bread). You know what? i made Naan!! (gigle)
