Valentine's day gift!

It was Valentine's day yesterday and i didn't have any plans as such. Didn't buy any gifts either. It was a sunday, a holiday. So we got up late as usual and had our breakfast. In an hour he received an emergency phone call and had to go out at once. I was home alone and that was when an idea flashed in my mind. A surprise gift for him when he comes back home. And my creativity started working (wink).. i don't wanna say more. This is the sweet gift i made for my sweet person. Howsaatt?



Preparation:
A full pack of "fifty-fifty" biscuits were soaked in mango pulp and layered them in a glass tray. While it was setting, i made a warm mixture of china grass (mango flavour) in half litre boiled milk and a quarter tin of condensed milk. And i poured the mixture on the layer of biscuits. After it got fully set, i crushed few marie biscuits and scattered the powder all over the surface of it. Then i chopped few imported dates i had with me and decorated the dessert along with few strawberries. I swear it was yummy and he loved it! I'm gonna call it a 'fruity biscuit pudding'! wattsay? ;)
