A flared skirt

Before i talk about this skirt, i would like to thank my friend Kalyani for gifting this beautiful piece of cloth to me. I first thought of making a kurta out of it, later changed my mind to try a skirt which i have not tried yet. Made a 'paper-pattern' as usual still didn't have the gut to cut the cloth. So first stitched a micro skirt which would fit only a barbie doll and later went for the real skirt for the real barbie.. (wink).
