Potato bajji

'Bajji', an Indian snack generally made of besan (chickpea flour).
[As i prefer less besan, i add little maida and rice flour too with it].
Add some chilly powder, cumin powder, salt and a pinch of asafoetida to the flour and mix well with water to make a smooth batter.
Dip thin pieces of potato / raw banana / onion / big chilly / even boiled egg in the batter and deep fry in cooking oil. A crispy evening snack is ready!
And according to me a 'bajji' would taste better if it is raining outside. Don't you agree?
